For help with a CIUC product, a website issue or a company enquiry, contact us by email. We will use the information you provide only to understand and respond to your request.
Product support
Email developer@ciuc.dev. Include the product or app name, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the device or operating system involved. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain confidential information.
Protect your information
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, authentication codes or unnecessary personal information. CIUC will never ask you to disclose a password by email.
Privacy and accessibility
For a privacy request, use the subject “Privacy request”. If you need website information in another format or experience an accessibility problem, use the subject “Accessibility support”. Our handling of personal information is explained in the privacy notice.
Security reports
Potential security vulnerabilities should be reported using the instructions on our security page. Please do not include sensitive third-party information in an initial report.
